Dustin has been in construction for over 10 years. Started out framing houses through high school, he's learned how to build a house from the foundation up. 7 years ago he turned his passion into a business that focuses on the long-term goals and satisfaction of his clients.

Carolyn has been in Real Estate since 1999 and licensed since 2001. She worked primarily with buyers until 2005 when she shifted focus and began helping sellers and investors with rentals and tenants.
She loves helping buyers and sellers by showing them opportunities when financial circumstances arise. She works diligently with Short Sale situations, turning a negative into a positive by turning the home into an income generating property.
In her personal life, Carolyn is a wife and mother of 3 handsome sons, ages 31, 28 & 19, as well as a hilarious Bulldog named Tank. She is a supportive and dedicated member of the community and stays busy cheering on the Wasilla High School Football Team and follows the Iditarod Sled Dog Race. In addition, she is an active member of the Valley Board of Realtors and a life long, die hard fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. She has been visiting Alaska since 1994 and moved here permanently in 1997.
